This is a highly interactive course where you will learn by doing. We will use FREE AI tools and models throughout the course.  You will not need to purchase anything - simply follow the course leader and the information provided to PRACTICE managing AI to your advantage.

We will cover IN DEPTH:

• Prompt engineering using Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.  Everything covered can be applied to any model of your choice.  We will mainly use the very powerful, and free, Google Gemini.

• Professional learning and research using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) tools.  We will use NotebookLm for this.  This is an amazing and free tool that has gone viral.  We will take you through the optimal process to use tool.

We will also discuss industry specific AI tools and show you how, sometimes, paying subscriptions for these tools is just paying for convenience.  We will show you exactly how to transcribe recorded meetings, including online or video lectures, and extract minutes, key points, action points, summaries and so much more FOR FREE.

A laptop or computer with webcam and microphone access is required for this course. Mobile devices including: ipads, tablets and mobile phones are NOT recommended. You may experience technical difficulties if you try to access the course using a mobile device.

We advise that ahead of the course you are comfortable and have everything you need, this includes pen and paper, a comfortable and quiet learning space, refreshments and that your phone and emails are turned off to avoid distraction.
